Bylaw Committee 2010
Annmarie Roark - Chairperson
The responsibility of this committee is to review and monitor the bylaws of the association and propose any necessary changes on a yearly basis. They must prepare any bylaw changes for presentation at the annual meeting in November.
Member of the Year Committee 2010
The chairperson should ask previous winners of the Member of the Year award, as long as they are in good standing with the association, if they would like to be on the committee.

Newsletter Committee 2010

The responsibility of this committee is to coordinate and gather articles for the quarterly newsletter which would be of interest to the members of the association. It also keeps the membership aware of happenings that affect the business and professional community.

Newspaper Supplement Committee 2010

The responsibility of this committee is to review bids and award the printing of the newspaper supplement to a newspaper who is a current member of the association. They are to coordinate and oversee the publication. The newspaper supplement, which consists of coupons and or business card advertising, will have only one printing, but will be distributed in the spring and fall.
Golf Tournament Fund Raiser Committee 2010

The responsibility of this committee is to make the necessary arrangements to hold a golf tournament fund raiser at the Chelmsford Country Club. They are also responsible for solicitation of gifts from local area restaurants.

The responsibility of this committee is to review the finances during the calendar year to confirm that we are on target with our budget. They must be prepared to make recommendations and have the budget set for the annual budget meeting in January. The treasurer is an ex-officio member.

The responsibility of this committee is to design insurance and/or a group benefit discount program for the membership of the association and to evaluate health, medical, dental and other programs.
Public Relations Committee 2010

The responsibility of this committee is to work with local media, setting up press releases and getting media coverage on the different events sponsored by the association.

The responsibility of this committee is to consider topics of interest, to make recommendations to the board of directors and to locate guest speakers to speak to our members on a topic which is of interest to the association.

The responsibility of this committee is to send out a letter to the membership requesting names of candidates who would be interested in becoming an officer or director of the association and to present a suggested slate of officers and directors to the board of directors in accordance with the bylaws of the association.

The responsibility of this committee is to coordinate with the staff of the Radisson Hotel to make sure that the quality of food and beverages are of good quality for our needs. They should negotiate pricing for the services to be received.

The responsibility of this committee is to develop web pages and online opportunities for the membership and the association.
Chamber Of Commerce Liaison 2010

The responsibility of this committee is to evaluate the current relationship that the association has with the Lowell Chamber of Commerce and to make recommendations as to what steps should be taken in the future that would best serve the association's needs.
